3D-printing is a manufacturing process where a three-dimensional object is created by adding material layer by layer. This process differs compared to traditional manufacturing which typically involves cutting away material from a workpiece or forming a liquid material into a certain shape with the use of a mold to create a product.
In 3D-printing, a digital design file is uploaded to our 3D-printers, which are able to read the file and print the object by laying down layer upon layer of material, such as plastic or resin to form the 3D profile of model that was designed.

Our current capabilities cover a wide range of materials for both Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D-printing and Stereolithography (SLA) 3D-printing.
For FDM 3D-printing we offer thermoplastic filaments such as ABS, PLA, PETG, and TPU.
For SLA 3D-printing we offer a variety of resins that include ABS-like resin, Clear Resin, and Casting Resin.

The turnaround time for 3D-printing depends on the size of the object you’d like to print, the quantity of parts needed and the material used. We will provide you with an estimated turnaround time when you confirm your order and will always reach out to you as soon as your order has been shipped out or is ready for pickup
For CAD services, we will estimate the amount of hours required to design your model which accounts for 2 complimentary minor revisions in case you need any small tweaks as we work on your design.

For an additional shipping fee, we will mail your parts to you in as soon as 1 business day. Shipping is subject to additional fees, please see our shipping and returns policy for more.
If you’re in our area, we offer pickup from our workshop in North York, Ontario to ensure you get your parts as soon as they’re ready. Please note this is by appointment only and we do not allow walk-ins.

Our FDM 3D-printers can handle objects up to 255mm x 255mm x 255mm and use a 0.4mm nozzle which means any objects smaller than this cannot be printed in FDM.
Our SLA 3D-printers can handle objects up to 220mm x 120mm x 250mm and are great for small, high detail parts.

We accept a variety of 3D model file types, including .STL, .OBJ, and .3MF.
If you're not sure which file type to upload, feel free to reach out to our support team and our we would be more than happy to assist!

Sometimes 3D models are designed in a way that make them unsuitable to be 3D-printed. That’s why our team reviews every 3D model that is upload and conducts a printability check before we start 3D-printing.
If it happens to be the case that your files are unsuitable for printing, we will promptly let you know and assist you with how to tweak your models so we can print them with 0 issues.
